There was no harm to the box. They seem to have been delivered from the manufacturing unit by doing this. I spoke with my retailer and so they described owning other people report the same problem. Feels like Hypex is having a manufacturing situation with the Nilai amp modules.But for all those wanting a different Purifi amp It's really a moot issu
